Ingredients
- Skyr or Greek yoghurt, plain, full-fat150 g
- Unsweetened shredded coconut1 tbsp
- Chia seeds1 tbsp
- Mixed berries (fresh or frozen, thawed)75 g
- Vanilla protein powder (unflavoured or vanilla)1 scoop (approx 25g)
- Almond milk (unsweetened)30 ml
Method

In a small bowl, combine Skyr/Greek yoghurt, protein powder, and almond milk. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Gently fold in shredded coconut and chia seeds.

In a glass or small bowl, layer half of the berry mixture, then half of the yoghurt mixture.

Repeat with remaining berries and yoghurt mixture.

Serve immediately or chill for a truly refreshing treat.
