1. Who we are
Vesta ("Vesta", "we", "us") is a service. When you use Vesta or purchase a membership, you are entering into an agreement with Vesta.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Vesta.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) and that any information you provide is accurate.
3. The service
Vesta provides on-demand workout videos, mobility and recovery sessions, nutritional guidance, and editorial content designed for women in and around the menopause transition. Content is general in nature and is not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition programme.
4. Payment, billing and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, subscription renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
- Commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person;
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of Vesta or any third party;
- Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the service (including scraping, probing, or distributing malware);
- Share, resell, or sublicense your account or any Vesta content without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
All content, software, branding, and materials made available through Vesta — including workout videos, recipes, written guidance, photography, and design — are owned by Vesta or licensed to her. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use during your active membership.
7. Service availability
We work hard to keep Vesta available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Vesta if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vesta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of Vesta after a change means you accept the updated terms.
