30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every Vesta membership. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact Vesta directly via the email address shown on your Paddle invoice or order confirmation, and we will help you start the refund.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscriptions and cancellations

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your account or via Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain access to Vesta until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Beyond the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are handled in line with Paddle's refund policy and any non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
