- Protein powder (vanilla or unflavoured)20 g
- Fortified milk (dairy or plant-based)100 ml
- Greek yoghurt (0% fat)50 g
- Ground turmeric1/4 tsp
- Ginger (freshly grated)1/4 tsp (optional)
- Flax seeds1 tbsp
- Coconut flakes1 tbsp

Combine frozen mango, protein powder, milk, Greek yoghurt, turmeric, and ginger (if using) in a high-speed blender.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy, adding a little more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

Top with flax seeds and coconut flakes. Enjoy immediately.
