Ingredients

  • Frozen mango chunks150 g
  • Protein powder (vanilla or unflavoured)20 g
  • Fortified milk (dairy or plant-based)100 ml
  • Greek yoghurt (0% fat)50 g
  • Ground turmeric1/4 tsp
  • Ginger (freshly grated)1/4 tsp (optional)
  • Flax seeds1 tbsp
  • Coconut flakes1 tbsp

Method

    Combine frozen mango, protein powder, milk, Greek yoghurt, turmeric, and ginger (if using) in a high-speed blender.
