Green Goodness Chicken & Hemp Seed Wrap

This vibrant wrap is packed with tender chicken, crunchy greens, and nutty hemp seeds, all brought together with a zesty green dressing. It's an excellent source of lean protein and essential fatty acids for energy and brain health, supporting your vitality.

Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced200 g
  • Wholemeal tortillas or large lettuce cups2
  • Mixed green leaves50 g
  • Cucumber, thinly sliced1/4
  • Avocado, sliced1/2 ripe
  • Hemp seeds2 tbsp
  • For the Green Dressing:
  • Greek yoghurt (full-fat)50 g
  • Fresh parsley, chopped2 tbsp
  • Fresh dill, chopped1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice1 tbsp
  • Garlic clove, minced1 small
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • Salt and black pepperto taste

Method

    In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yoghurt, chopped parsley, dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the green dressing.

    In a separate bowl, combine shredded or diced cooked chicken breast with 1-2 tablespoons of the green dressing. Mix well to coat.

    Lay out each wholemeal tortilla or large lettuce cup.

    Layer each with mixed green leaves, sliced cucumber, and sliced avocado.

    Spoon the dressed chicken mixture evenly onto each wrap.

    Sprinkle generously with hemp seeds.

    Carefully roll up the tortillas or fold the lettuce cups. Serve immediately.
