In a large bowl, combine the rinsed black beans, cooked corn, finely diced red bell pepper, finely diced red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes.

Add the crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh coriander to the bowl.

In a small separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.

Pour the dressing over the bean and vegetable mixture. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
