Ingredients

  • Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)150 g
  • Lemon juice1 tsp
  • Rolled oats30 g
  • Whey or plant-based protein powder (vanilla or unflavoured)20 g
  • Almond flour15 g
  • Chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)1 tbsp
  • Coconut oil, melted1 tbsp
  • Maple syrup or honey (optional)1 tsp
  • Greek yoghurt (0% fat, for serving)50 g

Method

    Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

    In an oven-safe ramekin or small dish (approx. 10-12 cm diameter), combine mixed berries and lemon juice.

    In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats, protein powder, almond flour, chopped nuts, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup (if using) until crumbly.

    Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the berries.

    Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbling.
