Sunshine Berry & Almond Oats

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats50 g
  • Fortified milk (dairy or plant-based)200 ml
  • Whey or plant-based protein powder (vanilla or unflavoured)25 g
  • Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)100 g
  • Almond butter1 tbsp
  • Chia seeds1 tsp

Method

    Combine oats and milk in a small saucepan.

    Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until oats are creamy and cooked through (about 3-5 minutes).
