Ingredients
- Rolled oats50 g
- Fortified milk (dairy or plant-based)200 ml
- Whey or plant-based protein powder (vanilla or unflavoured)25 g
- Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)100 g
- Almond butter1 tbsp
- Chia seeds1 tsp
Method

Combine oats and milk in a small saucepan.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until oats are creamy and cooked through (about 3-5 minutes).

Remove from heat and stir in the protein powder until fully incorporated and no clumps remain.

Transfer to a bowl and top with mixed berries, almond butter, and chia seeds. Serve warm.
