Ingredients
- Canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed240 g
- Tahini2 tbsp
- Lemon juice2 tbsp
- Garlic clove, minced1
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Cumin powder0.5 tsp
- Cold water60 ml
- Salt0.25 tsp
- Carrot sticks100 g
- Cucumber sticks100 g
- Bell pepper strips (any colour)100 g

Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt in a food processor.

Blend until mostly smooth, slowly adding cold water until desired consistency is reached (it should be creamy).

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Serve the hummus with an assortment of fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.
